CAVEAT. TSC is a little weird and certainly very different. Our culture is unique and it's not for everyone. We are leaders not followers. We give you the chance to do things you can’t do anywhere else. It’s challenging, stretching and not for the faint-hearted. But if you thrive on engineering beautiful solutions to really hard problems in a low ego, high intensity, flat, supportive environment then it could be for you.
Excellence is expected; as is the capability to take on big missions, solving conventional challenges in unconventional ways, all without losing your sense of humor and fun. The ideal chemistry is someone intellectually curious, versatile, self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to embrace differences in opinions, cultures and skills sets (strong opinions, loosely held).
